  I had a lot of trouble going from a pre payed plan to a post payed plan, which took hours of my time to resolve but I could see this was an issue with Telstra’s system.
  
  The issue required multiple people at a time to figure the problem out and both the team on the Weekend and the team on the Monday were all extremely helpful in resolving the issue.

  Woeful service. Woeful company. Woeful staff. Over 4 hrs to NOT be able to upgrade a phone plan. And halfway through the staff member went on lunch and apparently nobody else in store was able to help! Was told to wait in the store until this one staff member, who must be the super special magical guy who is the only person who can process a standard phone plan, gets back from lunch. So much wasted time. Honestly cannot believe the level of disrespect for customers.
  
  Turns out he wasn't super special and magical, because he couldn't do it either. It'd be comical if it wasn't reality. Completely insane experience. How does a company so inept stay afloat?

  (she replied in a, I can't be bothered to get off tiktok and engage with you kinda way. )
  
  We don't have time today to look at that. Sure you close at 5pm and it's 3:30pm. .

  The staff are super helpful and friendly, look after you. I do recommend making an appointment in advance.

  Over the last three years or so I have been in to this store about 5 times. Every time I get told to come back in an hour as they are too busy to see me. Today I arrived at 12pm in the hope that they wouldn't be too busy and that maybe they will have finally got their customer service improved. Despite closing at 5pm I was told that I would need to come back during the week as they were that busy and were full up for the whole day.
  
  I consider this to be a fundamentally failed business. Any business that cannot serve you for two days does not deserve to exist. If you want my money, hire more staff. It's too late now though, as I went to JB Hifi and I left there with a new phone within 30 minutes of me entering the store.
