- Kar-Lee Abbott Added February 03, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My boyfriend and I visited Jack Simmons to look for some larger men's shirts. The way we were treated by the elderly gentleman (I assume was the father/ owner) and the 40ish son was in one word APPALLING.
Neither of them were interested in offering any assistance and the younger man actually WALKED AWAY as I was speaking to him.
He then answered his phone and spoke loudly and insultingly to the unfortunate caller.
As we were exiting the store, the older father asked us if we found what we were looking for and when we started to reply, he scowled and waved us away!!!
This was a horrible experience and most certainly explains why there are never more than one or two customers (that I have observed previously) at this store at one time.
