  What a beautiful place with amazing, helpful staff. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.
  The exec apartments are the perfect size for a short or long stays and the spa baths make for a relaxing end to the evening.
  Enjoyed having access to the spa, pool, golf course and tennis courts. Only suggestion would be providing bikes so you can ride around the amazing grounds.
  Thank you Pacific Bay Resort for making our first stay in Coffs harbour one to remember

  I had a great stay at the resort, especially in the penthouse with the two bedroom and roof top. The room was spacious with plenty of furniture and the view from the roof top was amazing. The resort had all the amenities we were looking for. The only downside was the long wait for dinner at the resort's restaurant, although I understand they may have had a large function going on. Despite this, the staff at the bar and restaurant were extremely friendly and patient and offered to help with anything we needed. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

  Not far off the highway, on the North side of Coffs Harbour.
  We have stopped for many years, both ways to and from Queensland.
  Good family stop off for a few days or longer.
  Food generally good quality.
  Easy parking. Walking distance to restaurant and Bar.
  Recommended.

  Horrible experience at this place. We received two different rooms when we had ordered the same two luxury rooms. Very disappointing, and our compensation for the poor mistake made by Katherine was either a box of chocolates or a bottle of wine. A discount would’ve been more appropriate considering the fact that we paid the prices for two luxury rooms, but only received one. Very disappointing stay to say the least - thank God we only stayed one night.

  We had a bad experience with a different place we booked, we called up pacific bay resort, not only were they super nice and helpful, they also got a really nice room for us and we loved it. Everything was perfect and has such an amazing view! I recommend this place 5 stars. If I'm ever in coffs harbour again, this is the place I'm staying, breakfast, lunch and dinner has really yummy food. Special thanks to the staff for helping us out last minute.
