- Paul Bingham Added April 19, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Updated review in October 2021. Flawless service eating in during busy Saturday dinner at the Pasadena location of this Italian casual chain. Food has always been good when prepared as ordered. Previous visits before 2020 had service that was not as good, now apparently fixed with current staff. Carry out and delivery orders are still big here. Adequate free parking, especially in back. Can be a wait for a booth inside during busy times.

- DH Quin Added March 28, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★UPDATE: Today I returned to Maria's and ordered the egg plant Parmesan. My mom used to prepare this dish and it was amazing. Maria's was even better than mom's. The sauce was rich in flavor and the cheese atop the egg plant was perfect. Everything I have ever ordered at Maria's is excellently prepared. They have phenomenal chef's.
Superb food. They are the best in pasta. The sauces are impeccable and the service is consistently good. The prices are reasonable especially during lunch they have some great specials available. Ive tried almost everything on the menu and it is all delicious.
They even offer their sauce to go along with a variety of other Italian market items
Definitely worth trying if you are in the area
