  Went to Bayside Bar & Grill for a wedding anniversary dinner. Wish I had checked the menu first as choices were limited to simple pub fare. Having to order at the entrance and have a table number supplied to receive the order confirmed my pub experience. As locals within walking distance we won't be returning. One hour was enough! There are great dining options in Coffs but Bayside Bar & Grill is not one of them. Having a do-over anniversary dinner next weekend somewhere else.

  Our Executive one bedroom apartment had been refurbished and is very nice.
  Lots of room to walk, run outside around the resort.
  
  Pools, golf, tennis court, walk to the beach, restaurant dine in or takeaway but no delivery to room.
  Make sure you get a message from the Tranquility Day Spa.

  Nice resort with very good amenities - pools, golf course, beach. Only 1 restaurant and bar but well appointed apartments with good self catering

  We had our small wedding at Pacific Bay Resort recently & were extremely happy with our experience.
  
  Sharon our Food & Beverage / events manager took care of everything for us & surprised us with the most beautiful reception set up on the Bayside Deck area. With the difficulties faced having postponed the wedding previously, she & her team went out of their way to make it special.
  
  The meals were lovely & both Sharon & Anastasia were incredible, going above and beyond to make our special day run smoothly and be the most amazing day I could imagine.
  
  We could not recommend the team at Pacific Bay resort enough.

  Without doubt the worst accommodation I have ever stayed. Way overpriced for the quality of room you receive but by far the worst part is the extras. The food i ordered to my room came stone cold, the drinks were extortionate even by hotel standards but by far the worst part was the internet. I paid $30 dollars for 2 days of internet access that struggled to load my Facebook homepage, then when I tried to connect using my phone (the 2nd device) it told me that there was no transaction made despite my bank account being charged for it. I called reception and they put me through to someone else I was on hold for 5 minutes before the call was disconnected abruptly, the issue never got sorted and I ended up having to ask them to cancel the transaction all together. As a person who has checked into hundreds of hotels this is by far the most disappointed I have ever been with one, I would stay ANY where else before I came back here again. The only reason why I even give this 1 star is because Hayden (the gentlemen dealing with a very disgruntled me) was very polite and professional throughout the entire encounter. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Best Western motel down the road instead.
