I brought my mother who has dementia to exchange a gift back in January. The item was put on Mums store membership so it could be tracked. My sister purchased the item in Wollongong.
The team member would not even look it up on the system and said the policy said not able to exchange and very dismissive. This has caused great distress for Mum. Poor service.
