Immediately upon arrival we felt like we were valued customers and there was a really positive atmosphere in the shop.
Katrina was friendly, knowledgable and most importantly listened to what we needed. They had LOTS of sales on which allowed us to purchase top quality pet protect carpet on a budget! Exciting!
Our measure and quote was prompt and Ben gave LOTS of helpful advice.
The lads that installed the carpet were very approachable and respectful of our house, cleaning as they went with a perfcet install and carpet join.
From start to finish it was clear that there was strong communication between all the staff and with us, they wanted to make sure we were being looked after. We found the quotation process very misleading. We are now seeking to get our deposit back, however when I contacted Andersens they could only 'see what they could do...'.

We were treated exceptionally well by all sales staff who explained all options to us and the carpet layer was fantastic.
