  At CBA, I have always had excellent Customer Service. Today I had been told the bank would close at 12. Amazingly when i checked phone (for 5th time), it said the Park Beach one (on hwy) is open till 5pm, so I am able to access CBA today. Thanks CBA,
  This IS the BEST bank.

  Slow service. Used to be good but very slow service these days. They take forever for little things. Their system is always working slow. Last few visits to this branch, always have issues with deposit and change machines. They encourage customers to use self service machines but they issues with them and then jump to long waiting line. Spend even more longer periods in the bank.
  Most of the time they have only one teller and others seems like going in and out not thinking to open the second teller. Very disappointing

  May as well not include a phone number, have been calling for 45 minutes since you've opened. Due to one of your machines not giving my card back.

  I went in today to cash coins and was told that the machine was out of order and was told to leave the money and it would be counted after 4.30pm and deposited then. I said that wasn’t good enough and I needed it now. She said well if you don’t like it I can go to the BCU and cash it there ( they charge a percentage for non customers). She then turned her back and walked off. Really bad form and very rude. Very belittling. It’s bad enough having the Toormina branch close and have to travel to the plaza to do business only to be treated like that. Spend more time dealing with customers and not dealing with your iPad prop. Very disappointing.

  Lorraine Ryan (Lending Specialist) has to be one of the most hard-working and honest people I have ever encountered in the banking world. In the past few years Lorraine has handled a number of loans and mortgages for us and is incredibly dedicated and out to help the client above anything else. Lorraine is the sole reason we have stayed with commbank.
