I was able to give the assistant my desires from a cheese and she was able to put me on to some cheeses that fit the bill to a tee. I highly recommend adding this shop to your stops on the Pacific Highway.

Lyndall is very knowledgeable about cheese and is very passionate about passing this onto her customers. I just wanted to take home the whole shop!! I have ordered my kit and can't wait to make cheese at home!! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend a cheesemaking workshop.
