  I'm struggling to write a bad review since i initially loved this store and a few months ago would have given them 5 stars.
  
  Saying that I personally had a bad experience with the shop. I dropped my bike off before I left for over seas for 3.5 weeks telling them the date I would return and the minor work I requested to be done(biggest priority setting it up for rego). Long story short after 6 weeks of leaving my bike with them I was lied to by the employee saying things were done that weren't, nothing I asked for was done and I was charge for something I didn't ask for. I than spoke to the management who sounded genuine and said he wanted to help fix the problems mentioning he wouldn't stop until the problem was fixed and he would call me everyday until I was happy. Yet he has not called me once since he said this.
  
  Unfortunately because of the above situation I had to cancel a well thought out trip with friends.
  
  I have been riding bikes my while life and am no mechanic but am also no dummy. I normally do basic servicing but this time I am no expert with electrical and that's why I took it to a professional mechanic. At this point I feel so helpless and taken advantage of. I feel very discouraged from taking my bike anywhere else or even from riding my bike since the situation has left such a sour taste in my mouth.
