- Sandra Lawrence Added September 27, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely frustrating customer service this morning at your Coffs Harbour store. What was meant to be a quick stop in on my way to work to buy my mother a xmas present turned into a 1/2hr frustration which made me 10 minutes late for work!!!!!!
Firstly the staff did not know the product, then could not navigate their (2 of them) way around your computer system. 1 of your staff told me I was eligible for a promo bag and when I got to check out was told this was incorrect. All your staff I feel need more basic training both with the products and your computer system. The lady behind me in line was also dissatisfied with the service.
I will be thinking twice before buying another product from The Good Guys again.
