  Well where do I start, myself and my two teenage boys just come back home from a 6 night stay @ sandcastles coffs. It was the worst place I have ever stayed due to the room and the care factor from management. When having a shower water would hit the roof and mirror, when doing washing water and bubbles would come up through the drain in the floor ( with using minimum powder in machine), dishwasher tracks were broken so you are unable to pull it out to use, utensil draw was also broken as there was only half a track there resulting in the draw falling and landing on my feet. Unit is in desperate need of maintenance and managements care factor was zero.( she did not even say sorry and offer any refund).I know it's only 3 star and supposed to be money for value but this place was a joke and I don't recommend it to anyone.
