I went first time to sullivan nicolaides pathology have really bad experience with one your branch at Coffs Harbour . I call it totally unprofessional. I ringed in morning around 9 am to make sure about availability and informed them I have twins 1 and half years old (infant) need blood test on both. The receptionist said come in they are available. 25 minutes drive from home and Reached there. When my turn came in after 20 minutes the lady told us to wait because they need two persons to do the blood test. I waited for 25 minutes more 3 more patients came in and served. Finally we were the last left and informed that we not able to do the test BECAUSE THE LADY DOING TEST WITH HER GOT APPOINTMENT . SHE IS ONLY ONE DO THIS TEST. I MEAN HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT WAITING FOR AN HOUR WITH TWIN BABIES AND INFORMED WITH SORRY. IF THE TOLD ME AT FIRST PLACE THAT THEY HAD APPOINTMENT THAT'S ALRIGHT. BUT WAITED FOR AN HOUR WITH TWINS + RINGED ABOUT AVAILABILITY DOESN'T SEEMS ENOUGH FOR sullivan nicolaides pathology
