  We have used Tararray 3 times. The place is very clean and my 2 dogs and cat have all come home safe. My only negative is the very rude women who was in reception. Customer service is not her best attribute and certainly creates an unpleaseant feeling regarding the care for my pets. Will be giving serious thought to going back.

  Not the cheapest for your cat but the rooms are clean and the cats well fed. Staff are more polite than friendly, it certainly has the 'running a business' feel. However my cat comes home decidedly less stressed and looking healthy compared to another nearby cattery.

  I have used tararray pet retreat three times the first time was for a week all was fine. The second time something just didn't seem right on pick up. The third time my dog was so stressed out and smelt of urine. I have not returned nor would I recommend.

  I found Tararray Pet Retreat so far the best fit for my Xander boy a 55kg Italian mastiff.
  Extremely kind & polite man in the reception who accommodated Xander immediately as we urgently needed to go away for a week . When we came back Xander was very calm , well feed and hydrated, I have been told they like dogs to run around and exercise . The best things is they have good options for pet accomodation from backpackers to deluxe , very reasonable price. Clean and great vibe around the retreat that you won’t feel guilty to leave your pet in Tararray retreat’ s good hands. Super happy , highly recommended

  The family went away for a holiday for a week and had our cat in tararray for about 9 days, it seemed ok when we there to drop him off despite the strong smell of cat urine. But when we got back, we were informed our cat had not eaten for almost the entire time was there because they only fed him on royal canine on the last day even though the website states that’s what they feed the cats. So our cat came home skinny and traumatised as he is constantly meowing around the house, which he hardly ever meowed before.
  
  I would suggest to the owners if something important like the cat is not eating that you ring the owner, we could have told you he only eats royal canine and this could have been a much better experience .
  
  I would NEVER recommend Tararray to anyone.
