Booked one night as a stopover for our trip to QLD
Lovely and beautiful room - modern and clean. The owner, Jason is friendly and polite. Great location too. There is little noise as well, even though it is on a main street.
Pleasant stay and will definitely stay there in the future if staying in Coffs Harbour again.
Reasonably priced as well, even better than the Sheraton we stayed in Brisbane (would you believe that). - Craig Pyke Added March 26, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Beware, made a booking for the CBD and in error put the date of arrival as the same date as I was booking instead of a week out. Did not realise this error due to sad news I was dealing with early that morning and only when they rang me to ask when I was checking in did I realise my mistake. Now I am being told the cancellation policy is what it is and no refund will be granted.
This is extremely bad when a simple error was the reason but to be told they are not interested and read the cancellation policy says it is required about a business like this.
Yes they have amazing reviews but just don’t make a mistake when booking or else they will tell you to just go and jump.
When money is extremely tight at the moment and businesses are struggling to get back to normal to be treated like this is extremely sad and says what this business is all about profit before customer service.
Must go now as I need accommodation in Coffs Harbour this week but it won’t be at the CBD. - Robert Patch Added March 15, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Room 5: quiet, friendly, comfortable, spacious, recently renovated with Mother Bear’s bed. Perfect for an overnight stopover. Easy walking to dinner & the shops. Access to excellent Anytime Fitness Gym about 800m away. 10A (1.6kw) powerpoint to top up electric car. We’ll be back.
